- Furnished units are available depending on availability, they will be listed on the Featured Listings.
- What appliances are included?+
- A stainless-steel dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and stove.
- Do the apartments have air conditioning?+
- The units have central heating and cooling with a thermostat that tenants can control themselves. Air conditioning is provided once evening temperatures will stay above zero degrees Celsius and is shut down once evening temperatures go below zero degrees Celsius. Heating can be controlled by the tenants themselves year round.
- Is there onsite management?+
- The Highlight is professionally managed and maintained around the clock. Our skilled on-site maintenance team takes care of everything and is always on call in case of an emergency.
- Is there parking?+
- Over 50 parking spaces are available to rent on a first come first serve basis for $175 per month. Please contact a leasing agent for more information and to check availability.
- Are there laundry facilities?+
- There is a pay-per-use laundry room facility on the main floor of the building with seven commercial washers and dryers.
- Are there storage units available?+
- Yes, storage units are available on a first come first serve basis for $50 per month.
- Is bicycle storage available?+
- Yes, indoor bicycle storage is available at no additional cost. Availability is on a first come first serve basis.
- Is the building pet friendly?+
- Yes, pets are welcome at The Highlight, but there are rules! Tenants must declare any pets on their application form and there is a pet policy that all tenants will have to follow. For more details, please discuss this with your leasing agent during your appointment.
- Is the building smoke-free?+
- There is a strict no-smoking policy in the units, on balconies, and indoor and outdoor common areas. This includes cigarettes, cannabis (including water pipes), and incense.
- How can I get access to available units and pricing?+

- What are the steps involved in the application process?+
- Schedule a one-on-one appointment with one of our leasing agents to tour your preferred unit. After your appointment, you can request a digital application to fill out online. At this point, we will conduct a tenant screening and credit check before approving your application!
- What is a guarantor?+
- An individual who can take on financial and physical responsibility on your behalf if required. Guarantors are generally only accepted for students. If you are a student we request you come to your appointment prepared with the contact info for a person who can act as your guarantor. This individual must be located within Canada.
- What is the minimum length of the lease?+
- Leases are a minimum length of 12 months. Longer leases are also available.
- Is tenant insurance required?+
- Yes, proof of tenant insurance is required before move in and yearly upon expiry.
